ABOUT JESSICA

Jessica is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

Jessica has a special interest in working with adults with longstanding psychological difficulties, including chronic anxiety and depression, adjustment difficulties, disordered eating, emotion regulation problems, relationship difficulties, and personality disorders.

Jessica completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Wollongong. Jessica holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Technology Sydney.

APPROACH

Jessica’s approach is trauma informed, warm, and non-judgmental. Jessica sees therapy as an opportunity for people to heal, where people can overcome life challenges, build emotional resilience, and experience personal growth.

Jessica helps individuals increase their self-awareness, to support them in breaking unhelpful coping patterns and to assist them in making positive changes in their life.
